Richard has a unique style when it comes to nosing, tasting and enjoying whisky. He is a global ambassador for the Scotch whisky industry and it was a real pleasure working with him one afternoon in a Glasgow bar. There is something wonderful about pointing a camera at a person and just knowing that what happens next will be pure gold, and in this case, liquid gold.

The video campaign was a fantastic success with over 1 million views on Visit Scotland’s You Tube channel alone. The main video featured a series of questions supplied by keen whisky drinkers, and those wanting to find out more. In addition, a series of Shorts videos was created for sharing across Visit Scotland’s social channels.
It was not the first time I’ve worked with Richard, and it’s a real joy spending time with a true icon and an utter gentleman.
