Hidden Highlands is a short film that features places you hope exist, but you’ve just not found them yet.

It may be one of the most recognisable corners of Scotland, but there is still a lot you don’t know about the Highlands.

Working closely with Visit Scotland and a brilliant creative agency, it was a real joy selecting locations for this promotional film. The Scottish Highlands have many well-known landmarks, but this film celebrates those hidden gems that are a wee bit off the beaten track, but there to be discovered.

It’s the Scotland of your imagination.

Capturing Scotland

Family time at a magnificent beach; the edge of a wild peninsula on a glorious day; the gathering of friends at a seafood restaurant in Wester Ross, where the catch of the day was caught that morning; to a remote cliff top castle in Caithness, where we were the only visitors for miles around! These were just some of the moments we captured on our memorable film trip around Scotland.

The Film Crew

Producer Director, Cinematographer and an Explorer. We were a lean, mean and keen experienced team. The route was carefully produced and organised, yet a degree of flexibility had purposefully been built in, to capture those unexpected magic moments that aren’t always planned for, but with positive energy and good vibes, do happen on trips like these.
